My grandfather was adopted when he was born. I am not sure how long after he was born that he was adopted. I do not know if he ever had a name at birth. But he was adopted by John and Catherine McCarron Kirkwood. His birthday was July 26,1938. They lived in Wampum, PA in Lawrence County. My grandfather passed away in 2005. I would like to find any information on his birth family.
