Adoptee is my mother. It is my understanding that she was adopted when she about 3 years old. I do believe that it took place in Charleston WV. My mother is now deceased. Both of her adoptive parents died when she was a child. She was raised in Brave PA by her adoptive paternal grandmother Stella Rose.
