I don't know if you can help me or direct me to the proper person(s) or online sight. My father was born Robert Allen, in Bruin, PA on May 1, 1903 to George Allen and Alice Ardell Anchors. He left home at age 14 and at some point changed his name to Raymond Martin and married my mother, but she never knew why he changed his name. He died as Raymond Martin on 3/12/1980 in Erie, PA. I am trying to find his birth certificate with his name birth name of Robert Allen or any paper trail that shows when he changed his name to Raymond Martin. Can you help me or direct me.
