I have a half brother from my father who I have been looking for since I found out he existed. I have done DNA on all major sites. Mother’s first name could have been Midge. Unsure. The story my father told me was this woman married another man and this man was going to raise this boy. He was on his death bed when he told me and didn’t want to cause hurt to this son by having me look. But I can’t continue my life without trying to locate him. This son contacted our dad in the early 90s. I am slowly putting together parts of the story from others who knew pieces. I believe timeline he would have been born between 1967 to 1972 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I would venture to say that if the story is true, his mother would have been pregnant when she married. Our dad worked on construction sites in Michigan building KMarts at the time for Kaufman and Broad. He was originally from New Jersey but lived in Nebraska, Nevada, Alaska and South Dakota.
