Father is a family member from ohio Matthew was born in charleston WV in i believe a unwed mothers home...not sure. I know matthew had a skin condition (Eczema) I think he was adopted when he was around 3 but i dont know the adoptive parents names. I have been looking for him for so long. I believe he would be in his 50's now. (2014) I wont give up hope finding you. If you ever see this please contact me. I have a lot of answers for you and a lot of family that wants to finally meet you. You actually have family in Charleston and in ohio...cincinnati area.
