My mother was enpregnated by her older sisters Husband. My mother was forced to give baby up for adoption not to bring the family any shame. I believe the midwifes work from that era has come under question. My Cousin Virginia's was delivered by this mid wife in Laredo Texas and has unable to secure a travel passport because of this. I have a stron feeling that this midwife may have completed the birth certificate with Virginia B. Moreno as the mother but the child was actually my mothers child.
