don't have much info on this one. She has some birthdefects. A club foot and a cleft palate. She was born in a girls home for unwed mothers in wheeling we believe. We were told the mother was raped by her 1st cousin but don't know if this is true or heresay. Also don't know if adoptive or not. Also someone found a death certicate for her possible so just want to know if she is alive or not and if so where.
