I believe that she was about 15 at the time she gave birth. Her husband was much older I believe at least 30. Elta had a nickname it was Maggie. She also had a brother who I believe was adopted with her his birth name was homer Joseph courtway and his nickname was JJ. I believe the adoption happened in tazwell county Illinois but I am not positive. I would love to find you both! It's in gods hands now ??
