Charles was born around the year 1975. I just know that he is older than me and I was born in 1979. My father Chuck LeBlanc had him at a young age and tried to elope with the mother but her parents did not agree and discouraged her (possibly forbade) to see him. He didn't speak much about it, maybe once or twice in his life, but it did weigh on him. I believe the mother's first name is Candy or something cute like that. I just remember she had a cute name. Further discussion led me to believe the marriage and annulment may have occured in my father's birth residence of Saint Gabriel or Sunshine, Louisiana in Iberville Parish.
