She was taken from my mother at age 7 and placed in a Foster home and then when they reinvestigated the CPS case years later they had no record of where she is or who she was adopted out to. All the records for her case where ether missing or completely wrong. My daughter is 19 years old now and I would like to find her so that her brother can meet her for the first time.
