Devon has a brother named Liam Joseph Coulter who is just a year and a half younger and was adopted with Devon. They also have two older half sisters , Jennifer Ann Aragon (nee Rose) and Amanda Faye Nelson (nee Rose) with whom they were very close and with whom was also devastated by DHS and court insistence on removing the boys from their home. They were both taken from the birth parent for wrong reasons, kept from her, and then sent to HER brother in California on a interstate compact agreement. Steve Kearney & wife Rosie were blood relatives but its understood they got licensed for foster care, Devon went to kindergarten in San Diego where they all lived. Steve brought both kids back to Colorado where they again were kept from mother and entered into foster care system WITH WAITING ADOPTIVE "parents". Lost track at that point (not allowed to have any information) and they were adopted at this point. So much wrong with this case that it should never have happened and birth mother and siblings are currently and actively seeking the boys. Both of whom are adults aged 21 & older. Very much want contact. Please.
