i was under a name of Patricia O'Connell or sherry I cant remember sorry,due to bad situation, my daughter was born sept 21,1999 between Dallas and Denton Texas area hospitals.. blocked out a lot..some attorney contacted me and faxed me papers and I explained to him and signed my real info on the papers and told him why and what happened.. so I am actually hope keene*maiden name is Smith and old married name Shaffer,, hope this helps cause I won't give up// even if just to give her sibling info n medical history,, I want her in my life but her choice,, she is my missing link to my heart. thanks..Hope keene(maiden smith) and I was married then to Shaffer..her name at birth was Autumn , which mom looked at her 1999 diary and filled in the middle and last name at birth, i could have sworn i named her autumn marie o'connell,but, long time and bad memory, dont hate me for it.
