My half sister was removed from our mothers care about a year old. A family member was supposed to adopt her and due to family issues was unable to. My sister was in the care of Children Services of Stark County, Ohio. She had medical problems, the only one I remember specifically was heart issues. She was born with dirty blonde hair. I was raised to believe she had been adopted to a doctor and his wife and they lived in North Carolina. I know that her name was changed when she was adopted. Myself and our little brother have been looking for her for years, and we would like to meet each other.
