Shyanne lived with her Mother Edna Mae 'Kate' Harvey in Windham Ohio Kate was not able to meet the requirements to gain custody back of Shyanne. Family believes she has since been adopted but all efforts have failed to find her. Last information found is Shyanne is in the foster care system in Middlesex Virginia and her caseworkers name is Moriah.
