BirthMother was in the foster care/group home system herself, and in a group home placement, when birth occurred. Adoptee was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa but was in foster care in Sioux City Iowa by the time he was a few months old. Please note that the St. Luke's Hospital he was born at is in Cedar Rapids, not Sioux City.There is a chance that the adoptee does not have accurate facts surrounding his origins. Rights were signed away August 3, 1993. Termination hearing took place some weeks later. Filing date for adoption finalization was in June of 1994 in Crawford County Iowa Court in Denison Iowa.
