My son was born at approximately 9:10 pm on july 17 or 18, 1992. He weighed 9 pounds 15 ounces at birth. The last time I saw him he had blond hair and blue eyes. He was placed in foster care through Ouachita Parish Children Services in Monroe Louisiana in the spring of 1993. The papers to release him for adoption were signed in the fall of 1993 and adoption placement should have gone through Saint Elizabeth's Foundation Baton Rouge LA.
