He went by the name of Morgan (middle name) and my rights were terminated due to DHS because his father was abusive and I was unable to care for him. I did sign over my rights through an attorney, Jeff Timlin. He was three when I relinquished rights. I am now hoping to find my son and reunite. I have additional children who are eagerly waiting to meet him. He has a unique birth mark just above his left hip almost in the groin area, just slightly higher.
