I’ve been told by both of my parents and other family members that my birth mother essentially had children ‘for a living’ (not my wording). She would get pregnant and put the baby up for adoption, find a couple to adopt the baby and the couple would pay for everything her rent, gas, groceries, doctor appointments, etc. which means I potentially have other siblings or half-siblings out there that I would love to find and get to know! As far as I’m aware no one knew who my birth father was, including my birth mother, so it’s entirely possible that he may not even know I exist, which is fine. If I end up finding my entire birth family that would be excellent but I’m not expecting much, if anything at all as previous searches haven’t turned up anything.
