I aged out of foster care, my mother told my that my older brother Barry's dad (Phillip Whitley) was my father then later on told me that he wasn't after several divorces, men, marriages, and having her children in and out of foster care. I am the only biological sibling that doesn't know who my father is... she later told me, ( with a large amount of salt) that no Phillip was not my father, that she met my father at a bar (around 1987? Assuming since I was born may of 88) that he wanted something more with her, that she didn't know him andatrailed off from him.. later finding that she was pregnant with triplets (unfortunately from my understanding the other two did not make it) so went back to go find him, couldn't find him but his sister, and would not give Tracy any information above she did not know her. ( let me add I find it hard to believe any rational human being would shun someone away that just told you that she is carrying your brothers babies) rather than she asking for him she saying he went back to Michigan??... and wouldn't give her any information because , well she didn't know Tracy... but who knows... she also said she 'believes' his name to 'possibly be mark smith? With dark curly hair piercing brighr eyes (pretty face) and on a shorter height for males around 5'6 ... maybe even a truck driving seeing as I was told she was prostituting her self at buds truck stop in indianapolis.Zl if anyone has any information please help me
