In January 1989, a baby boy (born May '88-Honolulu, Hawaii) and his newborn sister (born Jan '89-Atchison, Kansas) were taken away from their mom in Atchison, Kansas and given up for adoption. The birth mother was Caucasion and birth father of both was Philipino. The baby boy(Caesar) had a condition known as craniosynostosis and the baby girl(Angela) was born premature. It is believed they had been adopted together by an older couple. We have heard Caesar has tried recently to find his birth mother via a case worker.
