My brother was received by Child Protective Services at the time of birth. My mothers parental rights were terminated in April of 1988. I was burn in July 1988. My mother died in December 1988. My adopted brother does not know that I exist. I recently located his birth father whose parental rights were also terminated; he is still alive.
