I am looking for my birth sister her name was Roseanna Dee Sugar. Her birthday Is june-22-1983. She was born in anchorage Alaska. I do not know what hospital it was. And Our fathers name is not on the birth certificate. Her mother lost custody of her in 1987 or 1988 some where in California. I do not know if she was adopted through a private agency. Or if a family member from her moms side might have adopted her. And I do not know if she had her whole name changed or if it was just her last name that was changed. Our dad was in a different state when the adoption took place. and by the time he was contacted it was too late.
