I was born on October 17 1983. I'm looking for either my birth mother or brother. I was told my birthfather had no clue about me and the only information I have about him is that he was Spanish. My birth mother was 21 at the time and had.a son who was 4. That's really all the information I have. I havent had any success with finding any information out over the years. The adoption was open but the children's Bureau is wanting too much money to not guarantee any information.
