Sarai was born in St. Petersburg Florida but was adopted out of Panama City Florida several months later in the spring/early summer of 1983. I am her Aunt. Her birth mother moved away from family, gave Sarai up for them joined the Army. We were not aware until months later that she surrendered Sarai and she would not give us any information. She has now agreed to let me look for her.
