Hi,
I’m searching for my biological brother. I do not have his D.O.B. nor do I know where exactly he was born. I know it was between 1982-1983. My mother’s maiden name was Cynthia Ann Hale. She was born May 9th, 1957. Married name at the time was possibly (Sutherlin). I do not have the father’s information. We were living in Lakeland, TX at the time and I was seven. I went the elementary school there and we rented a house a couple blocks away. He may’ve been born at Lakeland Regional Hospital or possibly even in Dallas. I think the only real clue I have is my mother’s name. I called the local hospital and they do not keep records that far back. Please help me, I don’t know where else to search. I do not have his birth certificate and I just need pointed in the right direction. I keep running into walls.
