Birth mother was already married. Her and my father were at Fort Sill, Oklahoma and had affair conceiving my sister. Birth mother(I believe Crystal or Christine)and my father decided my father didn't want to leave his other children in Pennsylvania and the birth mother didn't want to leave family in Texas and since her husband apparently had fertility problems they chose to stay together and he adopted my sister. My father told me at the time he did love this woman and the child he showed me pictures of himself and the mother in their uniforms taken professionally together while in Oklahoma and said when we were older(my sister and myself) that the birth mother would welcome us to know our sister but unfortunately my father passed away before she was 18 suddenly and I was unable to get info because my step mother destroyed it all immediately as she didn't want her son to know my father had a child after him. I believe she was born in Texas her mother's state of residence in 1981. Our father was from Columbia, PA and was a platoon sergeant in the National Guard at Fort Indiantown Gap
