I found my mother in 2003 and still searching for my father Robert Matthew Mortimer. I was adopted in Texas where my father left me with a couple. I found the record that shows Nov. 30, 1981 but can not get the records due to case being closed. My mother has since passed away for me to get any more information. I know that my father was born in San Francisco,California. I have found a second cousin of my father's but she has no information on my father at all. His parents have passed away.
