I was told by my adopted mother that my mom had red curly hair and my dad was full blooded Cherokee Indian. She was always very secretive about any detail she knew about my adoption. I was told I was born in Evansville, but I have an Ohio Social Security number. While in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in 2003, on vacation with my ex-husband and another couple, we all passed a girl that looks exactly like me. We all set in silence for a good two minutes, and I started to say did anyone and they all said yes, and we turned the car around I have always thought I have a twin sister. In 2008 my first born son passed and he was the only blood relative I had ever had in my life now I have been blessed with two more but something is just making me drop everything. I’m doing right now and fill this out. Any help to anyone could give or tips on how to go about this would be so appreciated. I have been feeling so incomplete these past couple of years and I feel like this is why my adoptive mother has passed and honestly the only actual family I have are my two children I would just like to know who I look like or where I actually come from because I don’t believe it’s Evansville Indiana. My mom was always very defensive if I ever questioned her about it. She was a wonderful mother, and I miss her every day but I feel incomplete somebody help me please.
