I am black and was placed in a black to parent foster home home in Lynchburg. This placement became an adoptive placement however I was quickly removed one day after several years and placed in an adoptive home in Pennsylvania with white but a multicultural family. I'm a social worker myself, and I know for a fact that an out-of-state placement with the family who was not even looking to adopt another child is unusual. My mom told me she got a phone call asking if she would like a little girl. So we got to talkin and something doesn't add up
