i was adopted by my moms father and i don't know if there was an agency involved. my father did try to see me when i was 3 and i think his father or uncle was a politician on the east coast.
my mom tells me he had some legal records in Fairbanks AK.and he was about 20 when they were together.
i believe his middle initial was C. and my mother did acquire some back child support from him when i lived with her in Everett WA. i believe he was living in Oregon at the time.
