?My name is James Norris. I was born in Dublin, GA. What little info I have is this....\nI was born the youngest of 5. 3 brothers and a sister that was around one year older than me. Only info I have on my parents are that my dad was shorter than my mom and that the state took us twice, the second time I was adopted to the Norris family (stephen and lois). I was born in Dublin, GA. Birth date was 8/16/79 and my adopted family lived in Moultrie GA. I'm not sure if I had a name change at birth or not. I was around 2 1/2 yrs old at the time of adoption. Just needing help, been at this for a lot of time. Don't know what else to do. \nThanks to who ever can help.
