Unsure of hospital town and not sure if I got hospital name correct or spelled right. His father was not in the picture and he passed away in a motor vehicle accident approx. 5 years after I gave birth. I never reveled his true father due to the age of him who was about 25 yrs old. We both lived in Montvale NJ but I lived with my parent and brothers. I had an abusive stepfather also living there too. I have 4 adult children today (and 2 grandchildren). They would love to meet their brother if he would like to meet them. Of course I have always wanted to find my son. My life was a hard one to live mostly because I had trouble dealing with the adoption. Today I have heart problems 'Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy' nicknamed 'broken heart syndrome' and if anything think it's very important for him to know all the family medical information which there are a lot of life threatening diseases he should be aware of, even if he doesn't want to know me (I will respect his wishes if that's what he wants) I never forgot him and never will and pray he is ok everyday.
