My father and his then girlfriend Terri/Terrie/Terry Jacobi/Jacoby [not sure on the spelling] gave my brother up for adoption. His birth date is believed to be April 15th, 1977 and Edna Gladney adoption agency in Ft Worth/Dallas is believed to be the agency that was used at the time. My father's name is Shannon Steele, but he goes by Kim [his middle name]. The mother is Italian and Irish mix with long dark hair and a small frame - around 5 feet tall. She was around 18 years of age at time of birth and has one younger brother and an older brother. She graduated from Duncanville High School in Duncanville, TX - Around 1976. Her father worked for a service that helped the Air Force back then and was retired but the family could have relocated.
