I was born in TN jackson, humbolt not sure on Nov 1, 1977...I was told my mother was 16 years old when I was born my adoption was closed! His adoptive parents are Kenneth B.Moore and Dorothy Mae Moore! He wishes very much to know any parents, siblings, relatives he might have! Kenneth passed in 2008!
