birth date etc may have been changed , because adoptive family had another adoptive girl taken back by the mother, that the agency wanted to make sure it didnt happen again.
DOB on certificate says 12/08/1977, and birth certificate was obtained through fond du lac county, so I am assuming thats where i was born.
I was a breech birth, and was in foster care in sheboygan wi untill adoption was finalized, which was in the beginning of Feb. 1978.
Adoption was through Catholic Social Services in waukesha wi, and the woman who took care of it was named something like Mrs Greenbaum, or green(something).
My adopted parents were told that my birth mother was a 16 year old twin from the cedarburg/grafton wi area, and her last name couldve been something like Gaul, Gahl or Gall. They were also told that my birth father was 23ish and in jail at the time of my birth.
Also, i have recently been told that i have some genetic blood clotting disease.
