Any information I have was told to me by my biological grandmother Marilyn Angeline (bellanger) woodbridge. My grandmother had adopted me and hated the name carlos so she called me charles. Kyle my muddle name is after my uncle kyle simmons. I was told that I had a twin that died at birth, but then again I don't know what's true and what's not. I was placed under the foster care of Sedolf and Edith Rodli in Portland oregon, with whom I moves to California with. I am looking to find anyone that knows exactly when and where I was born so that I can get my birth certificate. I cannot find it anywhere. Any information will help. I was told that I was born at sacred heart hospital in Eugene oregon on june 18 1976. Thanks in advance.
