Not totally sure on the 1976 birth date for the adoptee. The year of birth dates could be between 1976-1978. Cannot rule out 1974. My Mother thinks the hospital gave her up for adoption. My mother was told she was stillborn,but heard the baby cry. My father oddly wouldn't let my mom attend the funeral. Back then my Dad went by some aliases. There is no telling what happened to the baby. My suspicion is he sold her or allowed someone to adopt her without Moms knowledge. My father passed in 2013 so I cannot find the truth. He once claimed before his death that MAYBE she was left on a church doorstep . My moms sister Shirley Bennett was supposedly in the room at the time of birth.I have entertained the idea that maybe she took the baby as her own. Can you please find out what happened? Mom didnt even get to attend the funeral! Dad did it while she was still laying in the hospital bed. STRANGE.
