Both my full sister as well as myself were abandoned at birth in 1973 and 1974 in Virginia. Through a simple DNA test, we have found each other as well as our biological parents. We have been told that there was one more baby abandoned in North Carolina and this child most likely would have been born in 1975. We did find an article about a baby abandoned in a car who was found on June 21st of 1975 in Watauga County (Boone). Our bio mom has relatives in the area.
