Gary was listed as the adoptee's father on the Birth Certificate but He denied paternity. (Gary and birth mother were divorced at time of birth) The adoptee was turned over to the Randolph County Department of Social Services for adoption. William aka Billy was 4 years old at the time. His mother was not in good health and could no longer provide for him. There is another man that maybe his biological father, other than my father Gary. I am looking for Billy because even if we may not be blood kin, He and my older sister have the same mother and she wants to let him know she has never forgotten him and has been looking for him for many years.
