My Brother, John died before a close friend of his had a baby girl. She gave her up for adoption at time of birth. The baby was born in the first quarter of 1974. I was told the baby was born with red hair. The Mother went by Rene. Her step fathers last name was Reis. I’m not sure if Rene used the same last name. I believe she was 23 yrs old at time of birth. Birth was at St. Joseph’s in Tampa, Fl. Though the family lived in Land O’ Lakes, Fl on Moffitt Dr.
