My brothers birth date is sometime in the 70s when my mom was around 15-18 years old. My mother is Italian and German heritage, 5'10" olive skin, dark brown hair and brown eyes, and the father (possibly named Frank) is Phillipine or similar skin tone/hair. My mom's best friend went with her the day of the adoption and said the baby had thick black hair and they laughed and always remembered that. I would love to meet my brother or at least know he is healthy and well, my mother passed at 37 from cancer.
