Additional Info
I was placed in foster care through Cumberland County DSS as soon as I was born. My birth mother was black, and had a son that is about 18 months older than me. She was residing in Cumberland County NC at the time of my birth. It sounds like i may have been taken from her for some reason. I was in my birth mother's care for a short time in 1975. My non id info said that she had either completed or stopped school in the 8th grade. My birth father was black and in the military. She had 3 sisters, 1 older and 2 younger. I don't think that my birth mother was originally from North Carolina (not sure). Her son was being cared for by her mother who had an 11th grade education, and did factory work. All of this info is according to my non id provided by the adoption agency, and I am not sure how accurate it is.
