My name is Norman Shiver III. I was born April 27, 1971. I am looking for my birth mother, or anyone who may be related to her. Her name is Teresa Louise Rhodes. She was born in Tennessee in 1953. Records indicate that she was married 3 times. First to my father, then to a man with the last name of Goodwin, and her last marriage was to a man with the last name McCabe. She lived in South Carolina, and then after I was born she moved to California. Records that we have found show that Teresa passed away in 1988, in Orange County California. She may have gone by the names Teresa, Terry, or Terry Lou.
