I am the uncle, adoptee's mothers brother. Mother is in bad health and I am attempting to help find her baby girl before her time is up. It is her last request...Adoption was handled by the state of Tennessee Dept of Human Services. DHS says they have no record of child being adopted at this time so there is a record cover up or loss some where. What we do know is that when the mother had the child the birth parents took the baby home from the hospital.
