The only info I know is my mother was in high school. Her last name at my birth was Brown. She must have lived in Norfolk Va because I was born in Norfolk General Hospital. I have some papers from the social services that they said the reason she was giving me up was to further her education. The papers were of interviews conducted by a social worker with my birth mom and a friend of hers. They were released to me when I was 18. The social services had cut out her last name on all the paperwork except for one page they accidently overlooked. The papers said My Dad worked for Thom Mccan shoe store and had a two and half year old child. It said he was not in school. Maybe he was married I am not sure? He never attended the meetings with social services. I was sent directly to a foster home and adopted by my parents when I was 2 months old through Suffolk Va social services. That is where my parents lived they were on a waiting list to adopt a baby girl. I have and had red hair when I was born and hazel eyes. The Suffolk social worker at the time of the adoption was Ms Judy Horton. When I was in the foster home I was given the name Kerry Leigh temporarily.
