I was born in London, England. My father was serving in the US Air force based in Ruislip, England. My birth fathers name I Paul Allen Vance, he was raised in the michigan area and would be around 65, my adoption records show he was an honourable gentleman who paid for my care until I was adopted. At the time of my birth he had no children and was not married. My folder is quite informative about my father he was raised in Lake Geneva and has 5 siblings my grandparents names are/were Joseph & Gwendolyn Vance. I would appreciate any help from anyone, living in England it is so hard to trace people in the USA.
