Hi, My name is Michael Edward Penman and I am an adoptee looking for any blood relatives. I was born in Hamilton, OH on August 29, 1970. The name on my birth certificate was Michael Edward. I do not know any of this is true, but I have been told that the circumstances surrounding my birth were these: My mother was single and some kind of a teacher. My father was married to another woman and was some kind of officer in the military.
