arrived at 2:25 p.m. Your spontaneous delivery followed a full term pregnancy and 12 hours of
labor. Anesthetic used was Penthrane and your birth mother's blood RH factor was positive. At
birth you weighed 7 Ibs., 4 oz., and were 19' in length. Immediate respirations were spontaneous,

and lots of hair. You slept through the night and were a good baby when awake
during the day. You liked your bath. You started responding right away and smiled.
You ate well but did spit up quite a bit.

04/20/1970 You weighed 9 Ibs., 10 oz., and were 22' tall. You were starting to realize you had
hands and fingers. You smiled quite readily and could hold your head up very well.
You rolled from stomach to back and slept most of the night. Kennolog cream was
recommended for seborrhea on your face. You were pale and your hemoglobin was 9
gm. Iron drops were given. Your general development was good. You ate well but
continued to spit up mostly after every bottle.
