Also I sent in 3 requests to Div of Child and Family Scvs for 'medical background only' in 1992/93 when I started a family and in 1994 I sent in my application and Registered with the Adoption Registry.
I tracked down a phone number in late 90's to a Uncle I believe and when I called and explained who I was he told me that my mom had died of an aneurysm and not to call back. His name: Boothby, Paul, Carson City, 882-2545 and/or 883-8813. With all the setbacks I settled and gave up but I don't want to give up anymore.
