Possibly born in Charlotte, NC at Presbyterian Hospital on 11/30/1969. My amended birth certificate has inaccurate information so that may be wrong. Mother was 23 and father was from Canada according to DSS Cumberland County paperwork. The DSS paperwork is according to the story of my birth mother. She claims I was not adopted. Paperwork states birth parents were married. The last time birth mother saw me was around September 1970. She left me with my adoptive parents for a final time before leaving for Canada. The birth father chose to leave me with the adoptive family because he could not afford to raise him.

I got a copy of the birth announcement for that date at that specific hospital. There were 5 baby boys.
